At Krish Nursery Garden (“Krish Gardens”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with live plants, seeds, and perishable gardening products, we follow a carefully designed return and refund policy as outlined below.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in limited cases.
Live Plants & Seedlings

Live plants, saplings, and seedlings are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Seeds (Vegetable, Flower & Herbal Seeds)

Seeds are non-returnable once opened or used.

Refund or replacement will be considered only if wrong or damaged seeds are delivered.
Corporate & Return Gift Plants

Corporate gifting and bulk/return gift orders are non-refundable once dispatched.

In case of transit damage or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

A dead plant on arrival

Incorrect product

Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Refund Method

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Orders for live plants and custom/bulk corporate gifts cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Delivery Issues

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or natural factors are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for damage caused due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

Once delivered, plant survival depends on:
