  • Herbal & medicinal plants

  • Jasmine, sevanthi & flowering plants

  • Corporate gifting & return gift plants

All products are sold through our website and supported platforms.

3. Product Information & Availability

  • Availability of plants and seeds is subject to seasonal and stock limitations.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

  • Orders for live plants, seeds, and custom or bulk corporate gifts cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

  • Krish Nursery Garden may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Live plants and seeds are non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits are provided at our discretion as per our Refund Policy.

8. Plant Care Responsibility

  • Plant survival depends on factors such as climate, watering, soil, sunlight, and care.

  • Krish Nursery Garden does not guarantee plant growth or survival after delivery.
